What data we process

• Enquiries: When you fill in a form, we process the data provided (name, email address, travel dates, message) in order to answer your enquiry.
• Bookings: To handle a stay, we additionally process address and billing data as well as the information required for the tourist tax.
• Server log files: When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, time and the page requested are logged.

Storage in your browser

This website does not use tracking cookies. The favourites list uses only your browser's local storage; this information does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

Fonts

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to the provider. If required, the fonts can be served locally to avoid this transfer.

Disclosure to third parties

Data is only disclosed where this is necessary to provide the service (e.g. cleaning partners, payment service providers, booking platforms) or where we are legally obliged to do so.

Retention

We only retain data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or required by statutory retention periods.
