How do I book an apartment?
Send us an enquiry without obligation via the apartment page, stating your preferred dates. You will receive a confirmation with the price and payment terms. Online booking will follow once the reservation system is connected.
When can I check in?
Usually from 4 pm, with check-out by 10 am. Earlier arrival or later departure is possible depending on occupancy – just ask us.
Are pets allowed?
In some apartments, yes, for a flat fee covering the extra cleaning. Please mention it in your enquiry.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is charged per person and night according to the rates of the municipality of Leukerbad and settled on site or with the final invoice. In return you receive the guest card with its discounts.
Is there parking?
Every apartment comes with at least one parking space – whether in an underground garage or outdoors is stated on the respective apartment page.
